My Milton Keynes based client is looking for a part time administrator
to work 25 hours per week over 5 days.

This is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and bright
individual to join an established and progressive design company based
in Milton Keynes as an Administrator on a part time basis. You will be
supporting the creative team in the day to day running of the office.

Duties include:

• General office / administration duties

• Answering phones and taking detailed messages

• Updating internal database

• Filing

• Obtaining supplier quotes

• Running and distributing Search Engine Optimisation reports

• Credit control

Office experience is required as is experience of Word and Excel.

An interest in design and online marketing would be beneficial as you
may also have the opportunity to be involved in online social media
marketing.

Our office in South Milton Keynes has free parking and is within easy
access of bus stops
