FRS are delighted to be supporting a fantastic client of ours based in
the lovely surroundings of Leamington Spa. Due to company growth, they
now require a Purchase Ledger clerk who has a deeper understanding of
an Accounts desk.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, day to day duties will include but
never limited to;

* Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger

* Dealing with supplier queries

* Raising Purchase Orders

* Reporting upon ledgers

* Posting of bank payments

* Checking monthly payment runs

* Preparing and reporting for BACS runs

* Journal preperation and reporting

* Ad-hoc duties assisting the Finance Manager

* The ideal candidate will have/be;

* Previous experience of working a Purchase Ledger role

* Have worked alongside Sales Ledger/Credit Control/Accounts
Assistant team previously

* Be an excellent communicator and have good inter-personnel skills
