Responsibilities

Regular customer contact and administration
Handle a range of incoming telephone enquiries
Provide quotations
Acknowledge and process orders
Confirm deliveries raising invoices and credit notes
Stock control and liaison with sales team Requirements

Prior experience in an office-based customer care or sales support role
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Ideally experience of using a CRM system to place orders
Excellent phone manner
