Our client, a leading specialist in Financial Services are looking for an Administrator to join their small team based in Cardiff on a Part-Time basis. This role would suit an Administrator with excellent IT skills to work on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ideal administrator would be maintaining general admin and data entry on a database whilst liaising confidently with clients and building a rapport to ensure any simple questions or queries are resolved

- This role would suit a proactive individual who is looking to be inquisitive and learn the internal database and be comfortable explaining or teaching it to new employees

- The administrator will answer the phone confidently and take messages where necessary ensuring client satisfaction

- General office duties (post, scanning, filing, data entry & uploading etc.)

- Follow and create processes that will help the business

- This role has potential for role development and qualifications within the financial advice and paraplanning industry.

Key Attributes:

- Impeccable communication and organisational skills with a confident telephone manner

- The administrator must be comfortable learning a new database but training will be provided

- Experience in financial services

- Have the ability to take ownership of tasks

- Must be confident and comfortable making conversation with clients creating a sense of care

Hours:

Monday to Friday 16 - 20 Hours (can accommodate school hours)
