The Assistant Clinic Manager will:• Assist and support the Clinic Manager as required and manage the clinic and team when the clinic manager is absent• Assist with the database and provide data support as required• Co-ordinate and oversee daily tasks, monitor diaries and liaise with the Clinic Manager and other departments spearheading any promotions or marketing focus that is required via email/text/campaign and educating employees and patients on promotions and special offers• Be instrumental in increasing sales and cross conversions to hit target• Have a good understanding of the retail products and assist in growth of retail sales discussing appropriately with patients• Retail stock management• Communicate effectively with all patients, staff and Doctors• Lead the Front of House team in training and support to deliver 5*customer service• Manage and resolve complaints in line with Courthouse Clinics complaints policy• Deal with schedule changes, employee call ins and other staff issues• Delegate tasks to employees and to be responsible for facilitating proactive calls made by the clinic team and reporting on outcomes to the Clinic Manager• Act as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks• Be responsible for presentation of reception area and assisting with the clinic room standards and maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment• Keep day to day activities organised• Be responsible for assisting with recruitment and interviewing• Lead training and providing one to one training to employees, supervising to ensure everyone is performing their job properly• Motivate employees to work well and achieve targets

You will be required to have:• Previous customer service experience• IT qualifications or suitably experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook• Experience of previously working within a sales environment• Previous supervisory experience• Leadership and motivational skills
