Position: Support Worker
Location: Dashwood House, London
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £21,297 to £23,410 per annum dependant on experience (£11,358.40 to £12,485.33 pro rata per annum)

About the role:
The Support Worker will provide high quality support to vulnerable women in a residential service. You will manage a range of residents with low-medium support needs through provision and / or signposting of high-quality housing and support related services to sustain independent living.
Sufficient flexibility to accommodate any other broadly related duties that may be allocated from time to time or in response to internal / external changes.
You will be an empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and intermediate level of IT as well as a proven track record of delivering one to one support that has resulted in positive outcomes for clients.
You may have experience of the following: Support Worker, Care Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Learning Disabilities, Social Care, Voluntary Sector, Mental Health Worker, Care Staff, Vulnerable People, Social Worker, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Not for Profit, NFP, etc.
