We are recruiting a Invoice Administrator to support our Logistics team. As our Invoice Administrator you will work closely with our Distribution Centre, inputting and managing invoices, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the highest level whilst supporting the wider team.
Strong levels of administration skills will be key within this role as you will code all invoices relating to the NDC, Building Services and Distribution. You will be expected to monitor, collate and file all Logistics Purchase orders. You will also be highly organised with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work.
The ideal Invoice Administrator will be commercially aware, will have the ability to meet deadlines and will flexible in providing support for other teams when required and undertake other duties, as and when needed.
