We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our Pastry team. We offer a highly competitive salary and excellent company benefits.


Our new state of the art Pastry Kitchen has been under construction for the past four months and is the latest addition to the already superb culinary facilities throughout the resort.

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands on and creative Sous Chef who can lead from the front and support the Executive and Head Pastry Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef who likes to work with top produce and be part of a winning team and create a truly special dining experience.

The perfect candidate:

Experience within either 5* Hotel or a high end quality Patisserie dining experience is essential. You will be creative and highly organised with a career that demonstrates a good track record of progression and stability within the roles you have held.
