The Role
As an Area Manager at the iiaa you will be responsible for maximising the growth and development opportunities of your given region by supporting both your existing businesses and consistently seeking new business opportunities. You will be working in partnership with key stakeholders and salon professionals along with your area team to achieve monthly / quarterly targets and KPIs. You will be looked upon as a brand ambassador and will be in charge of leading your team by example, continuously looking to improve practices through the coaching and mentoring your team members. (This position covers several postcodes in London, mainly in North West London, South West London and Central London).
Responsibilities
• Liaising with external stakeholders to analyse the individual business needs in line with company structure• Establishing territory priorities based on company goals• Developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of the areas team to maximise their contribution to the business • Recording and evaluating the priorities identified and continually amending and improving as required• Developing and managing stakeholder and customer relationships both internally and externally to support the achievement of business objectives• Working closely with internal educators to ensure success our unique company philosophy• Responding to the needs of areas of underperformance and where necessary providing learning solutions on an individual and team basis• Delivering KPIs through efficient resource planning, championing operational excellence standards by maintaining strong relationships with area teams, and internal and external stakeholders • Taking ownership of area growth through achievement of personal KPIS and leading a team of individuals

Candidate requirements
  • Recent experience working in the professional beauty industry and a good understanding of the salon, clinic and spa environment
  • Experienced working in a B2B sales environment
  • Experienced in winning new business
  • Experienced in working towards a range of challenging KPI'S
  • Love a challenge and thrive in a competitive environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Confident presentation and communication skills
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity of data analysis and reporting
  • Tenacious and driven
  • Ability to identify opportunity to grow your territory
  • Proven ability to influence others
  • Experienced in recognising and improving on poor performance
  • A positive can do attitude; we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
