- As a Commis 2 at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire you would be responsible for preparing and checking the mise en place as well as setting up the station before the service in regards to the Four Seasons Standards and procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous significant experience in a related position
- Formal Culinary Education Preferred
- Good knowledge in English (written, spoken and reading)
- Knowledge of the use of broiler equipment and understanding of meat and fish cookery
- Proficient knife skills
- Passion for cooking
