Independent organisation specialising in Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Elderly Care. Well established company with ample experience within the Social Care sector.
Your new role
For this Registered Manager Job you will be responsible for overseeing the Domiciliary Care side of the business, so experience within this sector is desirable.
Once started you will oversee the running of the home, assuming responsibility for areas such as staffing, budgets, referrals, safeguarding, day to day management, and developing the staff team, whilst receiving any needed support from the organisations senior management and also directors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to maintain the good status of the home you will need the following key skills and experiences to apply:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care.
- Level 4/5 management qualification.
- References available for relative work within the past 2 years.
- Understanding of duties required, framework, Ofsted requirements, referrals and managing a team.
