We are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie who will report to the head chef. You will support the Head Chef and be responsible for being innovative and highly experienced with an outstanding eye for detail. You will be a market leader in your field and be recognised for the development of your team and our menu so that we maintain our excellent reputation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that exceptional standards are maintained at all times and are in keeping with a 5 star luxury hotel. You will be a highly-motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role. You take great pride in your work and have the ability to work under pressure ensuring that departmental goals and targets are met within the financial constraints of the department so that optimum profitability is achieved.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a similar role with a solid background in busy, high profile restaurants A passion for great food and service Ability to work under pressure as part of a team and to a high standard Excellent leadership and organisation skills and the ability to be the exampleGood Health and Safety and Food Hygiene awareness You will be able to communicate effectively in English, have a positive attitude, with reliability and flexibility being core values you share Minimum 2 years in similar roleUK right to work
