    The ideal Overnight Chef de Partie will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurantYou will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range for our guests throughout the night, working closely with our In-Room Dining team You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costsAs a Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team membersAs a Chef de Partie you will also be responsible to ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality
