HR Assistant - Maternity Cover
FTC covering Maternity Leave up to 9 months
£15,655 rising to £17,170 with experience in the role
Peterborough Regional College is a large college of further and higher education. We currently have an opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as a HR Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for a range of administration and co-ordination tasks to support the HR team. We are a small team so areas of support will be varied predominantly focusing on recruitment, payroll related administration and updating our HR database.
The post holder will need to be well organised and enjoy working in a team environment. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience along with a good level of education to a minimum of GCSE’s at level C/4 or above for English and Maths. IT proficient you will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft office. Previous HR experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
This post is working 37 hours per week on a fixed term basis covering maternity leave, up to 9 months.
