The Executive Recruitment team is looking to appoint a new Recruitment Researcher to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term. This role will be working in partnership with the Recruitment Managers by conducting in-depth searches to source and place qualified candidates whilst building talent pipelines for future recruitment campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will be a process-driven, well organised and motivated individual who has the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be passionate about recruitment. The ideal candidate will be driven, hard-working and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
