About the role

The Children & Families Division are seeking a Head of Planning and Service Development to provide and deliver reports of performance management information, lead reviews of service, co-ordinate delivery of improvement plans, co-ordinate contributions and compliance with Government and Department strategic planning, and lead all processes relating to staff development and continuous improvement.

You will have substantial relevant experience at a senior level and have the ability to ensure delivery of high quality services which meet required standards of practice, governance and registration. You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline and have Post Graduate training and/or experience in a related field.

Relocation Information

This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000 which will be payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
