In this role, you’ll play a key part in upholding this, as you help man our extremely busy Consumer and Ecommerce Customer Services desk.

You’ll be communicating with people through all channels; from telephone and live chat through to email and social media to help people with their queries and complaints.

To take on this role, you’ll need prior experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within beauty) and will have used different methods of communication, including digitally. You’ll love to problem-solve and will be an exceptional communicator, adept at dealing with different people and their needs.

You’ll have good attention to detail, a passion for delivering to your customers, and will always show a positive approach to your work.

The shift pattern would be as follows: 7 days on (2 short days for weekends) 1 day off, 1 half day, 5 days off then repeat. You will have every other weekend off, always working on a Friday either full day or part day.
