  • The ideal Assistant Floor Manager will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming & presentation
  • As part of your daily responsibilities you must run events and private functions, while leading, motivating and coordinating the team
  • As an Assistant Floor Manager you will be crucial in creating stunning events from a grand dinner or less formal reception, business meeting, conference or extraordinary weddings
  • Together with the Events Operations Manager and Floor Manager, you must manage and monitor the operational effectiveness of Banqueting in order to maximise profitability and you must be confident to deputise in their absence
  • Your daily responsibilities will involve the anticipation, handling & managing complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • You must also monitor & control outlet operating costs i.e. expenses, payroll, overtime stock while continuously improving the operational processes and service standards
