Employability Development Officer

37 hours per week, temporary for 1 year

Salary of position – £18,008 per annum

Location of position – Rotherham

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To develop relationships with Employers and source high quality, suitable industry placements for College students across the RNN group.

• To seek and develop effective relationships with businesses to ensure meaningful employer involvement across all programmes in preparation for the T levels.

• To take a lead on ensuring the DBS checks are carried out for the students and co-ordinate the process.

• To carry out Health and Safety checks of the industry placements across the RNN group as required.

We are looking for an organised, flexible individual with excellent customer service skills who is fully committed to the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults to help students reach their full potential. By doing so you will develop links with employers to provide our students with the opportunity to gain work placements that will support them to be work ready and go on to have successful careers.
