Working closely with the Head of Construction, you will need to be a dynamic and inspirational leader whilst having a clear focus on successful outcomes for learners.
You will require a thorough understanding of quality processes with a focus on improvement in teaching, learning and assessment, whilst ensuring that your areas of responsibility across the construction department are compliant with all college systems and policies.
Qualified to at least Level 3 in Plumbing or civil engineer qualified to degree level in civil and structural engineering. You will be required to teach a number of hours as agreed with the Head, demonstrating high standards of teaching, learning and attainment, and ensuring continuous improvement to support positive student outcomes.
