Group Desktop Technician - Activate Learning
We are looking for a Group Desktop Technician.
Activate Learning Group aims to be inspirational and innovative, to foster personal development through learning and to be of value and economic significance to our communities.
You will be a member of the Group Desktop Team, providing first and second line technical support, working at different sites, co-ordinating with third line and supporting customers by face to face visits. You will provide technical support and advice to staff and students on hardware and software issues, and maintain and install IT equipment and consumables at any of the Group’s sites.
You will have experience of working in IT, have detailed knowledge of IT software, systems, network platforms and hardware and be able to manage end to end fault resolution to processes and Service Level Agreements. You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work unsupervised with the ability to solve problems.
