An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality department to appointment a full time Success Coach. The role involves providing coaching and mentoring for A’ Level students across the curriculum. Tracking and monitoring student progress and having the ability to motivate and stimulate students to achieve.



Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for a case load of learners undertaking varies A’ Level subjects.



This is a fantastic opportunity as the successful candidate will be an essential part of student(s) academic success within the College.



The successful candidate must:




    Have experience for working with 16 to 18 year olds
    Able to engage, coach and motivate students
    Experience of setting achievable but stretching targets
    Excellent communication and time management skills
    Educated to Degree level
    Hold an Advice & Guidance qualification
    Hold GCSE English & Maths (A*-C)
