A Consultant Social Worker vacancy is now available in one of the Life Planning Teams in our new all age Disabilities Service. This new service is at an exciting stage in evolving and implementing Life Planning across all ages. This innovative way of working takes a more holistic and forward-thinking approach to helping our service users achieve better and stronger outcomes from an early age.

Working alongside other social workers and colleagues in the Life Planning Teams and colleagues and stakeholders in other areas, the role encompasses providing leadership, mentoring and support to colleagues within the context of leading on more complex cases.
