About the role

An opportunity has opened up at our Customer Relationship Centre based in Liverpool for a Customer Call Handling Operative to join our Telephony team. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience to customers calling into our business for service, repairs and parts enquiries. You will be using multiple contact channels as preferred by customers - phone, email, live chat, SMS - whilst maintaining the high standards of service quality, professionalism and premium service expected by our Group and the Vauxhall brand. You will provide exceptional customer service throughout all customer interactions and identify any additional needs as well as achieving sales through introducing products and services.

 

About You

You will have previous experience from a sales or customer service role and have a positive energy and passion for providing a great service experience and enthusiasm for the Vauxhall brand. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a drive to exceed customer satisfaction, sales and quality objectives. You will have exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrate a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy. This role is within a fast paced contact centre environment so you will be computer literate and are discrete with sensitive and confidential data as well as being a supportive team member.

Knowledge of CDK software and the RTC booking system would be advantageous however not essential.
