About the role

The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner with the ability to handle calls from all levels of personnel. They must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and have the ability to adapt to any situation. The right candidate needs to be someone with the drive to succeed and who is willing to take ownership and deal with tasks from start to finish. Commercial Vehicle knowledge or sales experience would be preferred but not essential.

Answering the telephone and handling customer queries in a professional manner.Customer calls to keep updated on progress.Stock arrivals - Handling conversion work.Offering stock to customersArranging dealer fit items as part of the preparation process prior to deliveryLearning vehicle specifications to assist with customer queriesVehicle quoting for existing customersStock management to contract and sell older stock vehiclesSupport Commercial sales with invoicing queries etc Create accurate profit sheets to allow for accurate monthly reporting

The Candidate

Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.Ability to work well under pressure.Excellent telephone manner.Computer literate in Excel, Outlook and Word.Takes responsibility for tasks and actions to ensure the costs are managed and customer experience is promoted.
