Position: Lead Finance Business Partner
Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire (Commutable from Stockport, Manchester, Northwich, Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, 6 to 9 Months Fixed Term Temporary Contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £40,535 per annum

About the role:
The Lead Finance Business Partner will get involved and fully support the change and risk management programme to support the Executive Team, ensuring we utilise our resources across the group to create the greatest impact for our members and drive improved business performance across the group. To do this you’ll get involved in great amounts of scenario planning and financial modelling, challenging our cost-base to ensure our resources are aligned to our strategy NUS100 and maximising our impact to our members. You’ll have a strong background in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Financial Modelling and excited about applying your previous experience to NUS and not afraid to make recommendations that positively challenge the current status quo.
With collaboration at the heart of your approach you’ll be excited to work with the Leadership Team colleagues and develop strong and effective relationships in the short-time frame you’re working with us.
You’ll be a self-starter and be proactive in all your approach to your working life and have a strong ability to think strategically - in assessing potential areas to assess risk to make business decisions in the short, medium and long term.
