The ideal Deputy Head Sommelier has:* Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment;* A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience;* Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team;* A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred;* Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation;* Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;* Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;* Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;* Availability to work full-time and be flexible.* Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
