Lecturer - Electrical
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and confident Lecturer to deliver high quality teaching and learning within the Department of Construction and the Built Environment across our Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses.
This exciting role will involve the design and delivery of Electrical Installations and associated courses to a wide range of learners, in both practical and theoretical settings. The job role will also include contributing to the continued development of the Department, providing tutorial support for learners, and carrying out the associated administrative tasks connected with the post.
The successful candidate will need to be vocationally qualified to at least NVQ 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations, and be able to demonstrate in depth subject knowledge. Although previous teaching experience is preferable, consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate a high level of commitment to move their career to the Further Education sector.
