Curriculum Admin Assistant

37 hours per week, permanent

Salary of position – £15,837 per annum

Location of position – Rotherham

An opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Administration Assistant at Rotherham College. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties to assist Academic Staff and Students.

The role will involve inputting of curriculum timetables, chasing and monitoring student absence in line with the procedure, room bookings, diary management, along with general administration tasks.

The ideal candidate should be able to prioritise tasks, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and be able to work to tight deadlines and ensure effective communication with colleagues based within the RNN Group at other locations.

We are looking for an organised, flexible individual with excellent customer service skills who is fully committed to the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults to help students reach their full potential. By doing so you will develop links with employers to provide our students with the opportunity to gain work placements that will support them to be work ready and go on to have successful careers.
