We are currently recruiting for both a full-time and part-time Curriculum Administrator based at our Kettering campus.

As a Curriculum Administrator, you will be aligned to the various curriculum areas, but will be expected to work flexibly across all areas of the College to support other curriculum areas, college functions, and/or campuses.

Our Curriculum Administrators play a key role in supporting the success of our students through:

  • Providing effective and flexible administrative support to curriculum areas.
  • Provide effective and flexible administration support for the full range of college systems and to the curriculum team, to support the learner journey and contribute to learner success.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of working effectively in an office environment and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 qualification in Business Admin or other relevant subject
  • GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade A-C or equivalent
  • IT Level 2 or equivalent

Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

circa £16,000 per annum, pro rata

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
