Coordinator - Member Services (Yorkshire & Humber and NE England)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established Member Services Team during an exciting time of change. As Coordinator you will work with colleagues across the wider team to provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Area Directors to ensure that our member Colleges in the region are effectively represented and supported.
As the first point of contact, the Coordinator will make a key contribution towards the provision of effective and professional services locally, regionally and nationally. The post holder will ensure that both the Area Director and team have the professional administrative support to deliver on their remits, and assist with the coordination of stakeholder meetings, networks and events both for our member colleges and on behalf of members.
To be successful, you will have worked in an office admin team environment and possess strong administrative skills. Excellent time management; accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential together with a positive approach to problem solving. The ability to relate to our customers, clients and other stakeholders is also key. Database skills are required and familiarity with CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics would be very useful. You will also be an effective communicator and use your excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriately with people at all levels. Equally, you will be comfortable and confidently able to work on your own when the Area Director is away from the office.
