We’re looking for an outstanding HR and organisational development professional with a desire to broaden their remit and current experience and carry out a new role over a wider platform, managing and leading the HR team and the Learner Services and Learner Support functions across the college. Already having gained significant people management experience, the successful candidate will bring empathy and energy to the role and be a resilient and confident leader. A good working knowledge of GDPR is key to the role as the overarching responsibility for data protection and safeguarding sits with this post holder.

You will already be a senior leader in your chosen field and experience in education is desirable but not essential. In this role you will report to the Principal / Chief Executive and be a member of the college Senior Leadership team. You will attend the weekly Executive Leadership Team meetings and manage a team of 3 direct reports who in turn manage over 100 staff between them.
