Tutor in Electrical
You will support learners with both theoretical and practical projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations. The programmes offered by the Electrical team cover the basic underpinning knowledge and technical practical skills needed to be an Electrician. The programmes are designed to engage and motivate learners interested in becoming an Electrician.
The Tutor works with students and other members of the team to ensure each student achieve their daily targets. You will be required to deliver, assess and develop the learner experience to enable them to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College’s values and ethos.
If you have:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in the relevant subject area OR a degree of equivalent
- Teaching qualification, or the willingness to undertake
- Industrial experience and
- A flair for motivating and engaging learners to learn and work hard
- Able to support and teach the electrical L3 syllabus.
