International Finance Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our award-winning international team on the Lewes and Eastbourne campuses as our International Finance Administrator. The primary duty of the post holder is to ensure accurate credit control of international finances and that international student fee payments are collected, recorded, and tracked, and that commission payments to agents/partners are made promptly. Experience of accounting is vital in order to complete reconciliations. You will be qualified to Level 3 standard (or equivalent) including GCSE maths and English, and be an effective communicator with good levels of PC literacy including high levels of familiarity with spreadsheets and databases.
We are a busy team providing programmes to international students on a range of programmes across the year. The post holder will be based within the international department but work closely with the main finance team.
A professional approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential as well as an interest in working with clients from overseas.
