About the role:The Director of Sales role is to support the Director of Sales and Marketing in the management of the Sales function. This includes the generating of revenue and maximising the profitability of the hotel. You will manage all aspects of the sales team that will include recruitment, development, and performance management of our sales colleagues.Key processes include but are not limited to:• Support in the creation of the annual Hotel Business Plan• To help create and execute the Sales and Marketing plan ensuring that all relevant markets are covered and that the plan is measured on a bi-weekly basis.• Manage the Sales team on a day to day basis, ensuring they are meeting their financial targets and customer service criteria across a portfolio of pre-defined accounts• Pro-actively develop new markets and new business segments.About you:If you are people focused, a team player, proactive, and committed to deliver outstanding performance, we would like to hear from you. as above
