*The Job*
You will be a German speaking Sales Development Rep in London or Hamburg (London preferred) . Selling to insurance companies isn’t easy. Large or small, they are usually slow and reluctant to change, but they’re waking up to the fact that they need to adapt to modern demands. We are just setting out sales structures and you will be an integral part of shaping these.

You will be experimenting to finding ways of setting up scalable lead generation structures to positioning our cutting-edge platform solution that will help insurers address their business and tech challenges, by educate them about the art of the possible and guide them on the path of change. You will also be working closely with the CEO, who is Hamburg based, to help him work through his sales leads.

Sales cycles are long, but there are countless prospects out there and we want to reach them all, so the key is a large pipeline.

You will have free rein to go anywhere you see potential, so in a large market, at the early stage of adopting innovation, opportunities are endless. Responsibilities include:

* Searching for leads and identifying target companies
* Finding the right people within those companies
* Experimenting to identify repeatable processes of engaging and identifying projects
* Identifying and engaging all relevant stakeholders at our target prospects
* Represent KASKO at conferences and events, to promote our solution and find customers
* Help CEO work through sales opportunities in DACH region

* Fluent in English and German
* A fresh graduate or have a couple of years experience

* Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus but not required
