We are a fast-paced exciting Social Media Agency based in Central London. We assist our clients (from established brands to stellar start-ups) with all elements of social media: content creation (photography, video, copywriting) social media management and influencer marketing. Clients include Frog Hoxton, All Bar One, Nicholson’s Pubs, Mitchells & Butler, Stonegate and What A Melon to name a few. Additionally, we are proud to have worked with Glenfiddich, Honest Burger and Uber Eats. We are recruiting an outgoing, creative and diligent Sales Development Manager

Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up and attend meetings with potential clients and closing sales
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously upselling and proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
Working closely with the Social Media & Content teams to ensure client satisfaction
Managing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Continuously gather leads and market intelligence, and following up on leads generated by other business functions
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Additional Responsibilities within Adwaiz:
Where relevant, data administration in Google Drive
Involvement in Team Projects: eg ‘Someetup’
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within Adwaiz
You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote Adwaiz solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and increase turnover.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proven track record of sales achievements.
Education: preferred but not crucial for the right candidate.

Full time, Central London (Oxford Circus)
We are a small, close & fun team all working towards a common goal. True to startup life, days are busy and hours are long (typically 8am – 6:30 with hosted events several times per week, occasionally on weekends). Understanding the nature of the role involving some evening/weekend events, we would organise and amend hours when these arise (eg: a later start following an evening or weekend event) We ‘work hard, play hard’ and are looking for a Sales Development Manager with this mentality.
