Spire South Bank Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a full time Engineering Administration Assistant to join their team within the Engineering Department to provide an efficient and effective administration service.

Duties and responsibilities

Your role will be to support the team in organising service visits by external contractors including the outreach site at Droitwich and ensure suitable permits are issued and service sheets/reports are correctly filed.

You will also maintain and update all records on the new computer system that has been recently introduced - Pirana as well as the Health & Safety/COSHH requirements.

You will assist with the requests from the Risk Management Team and discuss issues with the Engineering Manager/Operations Manager.

Who we're looking for

Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous knowledge of dealing with contractors and engineering administration, someone who is computer literate, especially using Excel and other Microsoft Packages, have great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and multi task.

If you are methodical in your approach to work, an excellent communicator and are flexible with good time management skills, then this is the role for you and we would love to hear from you.
