Repositive is driving medical research forward by improving accessibility and enhancing discoverability with respect to genomics data. We are building communities and marketplaces for the users and providers of genomics data and related research tools and services. Repositive is operating at the forefront of rapidly-evolving life science research practices brought about by precision medicine. We are a young fast-growing company with bioinformatics roots and a social enterprise culture. Our entire team is very enthusiastic and motivated, working in a flat organisation structure where you will have the opportunity to make a significant and visible impact. Currently based in Cambridge (UK), we plan to open satellite offices in London, the US and possibly China.

*In this job, you will:*
* Support our customer community manager and other team members to organise, deliver and follow up events/webinars, podcasts, key opinion leader interviews, social media marketing campaigns and other similar activities.
* Collate and analyse customer and market information.
* Organise meetings and travel for the business development team, interacting with customers’/prospects’ executive assistants as necessary.
* Based in Cambridge, you will formally report to the Chief Business Officer, but day-to-day you will work closely with the entire business development team (currently 6 people in Cambridge and London).
* At all times, you will be an advocate for Repositive’s market vision, representing and exemplifying good practices for data protection, data governance and ethical data sharing for the benefit of patients.
At the minimum, you should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications and work experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (1st or 2nd Class Honours).
- Master’s or PhD a in life science and/or business subject is a bonus.
* Commercial mindset.
* Strong interest to work in a young, fast-growing and rapidly-evolving company.
