The Sales Executive role at Pick Protection will be responsible for selling lone worker protection solutions to Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other targeted sectors in the South of England.

The role will involve building relationships with the councils and housing associations and working closely with the Senior Management Team to feedback customer views and market trends. The role also includes providing input into the marketing campaigns to ensure a co-ordinated sales and marketing approach for customers.

The role is a key hire for Pick Protection and we are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a proven track record in security sales or selling into the public sector.

The key duties include:
• Developing an in depth understanding of our customers and their pain points/challenges
• Developing an in depth knowledge of our offering and how these can be tailored to different customer requirements
• Generating sales through a consultative sales approach to meet sales targets
• Populating all opportunities and activities on our CRM system
• Generating opportunities within target sectors
• Closing marketing qualified leads
• Feeding back customer insight to the rest of the team
• Working with the Marketing team to refine the quality of leads generated
• Responsible for managing tenders and tender applications
Requirements of the role include:
• Experience in a new business development sales role
• Experience in an account management role
• Experience of a consultative sales approach
• Experience of using a CRM system

• Lone Worker/Security Industry experience
• Public sector sales experience
• Highly ambitious
• Enthusiastic about working in a start-up company
• Diligent CRM user

Competitive Salary
Full UK driver’s license and your own vehicle are essential.
The successful candidate will be security screened to BS7858.
