We are looking for a fantastic Customer Success and Account Manager to become a foundational part of our expanding start-up business, GoSweat.

GoSweat started with a simple idea, to make sport and fitness accessible. Started by 3 Founders who understand why activity is so valuable, our backgrounds cover tech, retail, charity, academic, and, of course, sport.

SO WHAT ACTUALLY IS GOSWEAT?
GoSweat’s platform lets you discover and book the best local sports and fitness, by allowing users to search for ‘what’ and ‘where’, so they can easily discover and do activities they’ll truly enjoy.
GoSweat is now expanding into the corporate wellness space, giving innovative HR teams the means to create social, active workforces. GoSweat is set to revolutionize the physical wellness options, that at present have proven to be ineffective. We want you to join us to develop, improve and sell this offering, getting the nation's employees excited by what they can achieve and do.

OUR VISION: 'ANY SPORT, ANYTIME, ANYONE'
We are therefore creating a marketplace for the already active. We love those who are already active and show the ways to complement what they do. Our long-term plan is to get those hardest to reach individuals enjoying the activities that speak to them. Our community platform will, therefore, help people understand, access and engage in local activities, facilitated by their employee.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are currently seeking candidates who would love the excitement of selling a raw product into corporate departments. The Customer Success and Account Manager responsibilities would include:
- Conducting research and defining the problem
- Educating and working with HR teams to understand the exact problem their workforce is facing
- Researching suitable companies to join the GoSweat community
- Collaborating with HR teams and creating GoSweat champions in new GoSweat corporate companions
- You will lead, direct and run all client accounts as the main point of contact and ensure that our work is aligned with their business goals
- Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements to the products and services that we provide customers
- Full exposure and input into every other aspect of GoSweat’s growing business
- Strong potential for a senior leadership position as GoSweat is growing aggressively

This is not an ordinary role in an ordinary company. GoSweat is in full-on startup mode where you will have the ability and freedom to make decisions in a split second without the need for approval after approval from management. We are extremely ambitious and plan to make ourselves the go-to company for sport and fitness. This will provide you with the opportunity to see the world and grow both personally and professionally.
