Give us something interesting about you and why you want this job.

You’re confident, smart and organised… but not boring, never boring.

You can’t be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you’re a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. making money and 2. seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You don’t need to care about tech but you do need to have a passion for being successful, your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and if you’re good, you could be making a lot of money, as well as having your own team under you in the not-too-distant future. You need to be able to think on your feet without getting flustered and must have a lot of ambition.

You’re sociable, outgoing and don’t shy away from a good night out if one is on the cards.

If you’ve got outbound telesales experience then great, but that’s not a deal breaker.

*The Job*; in full:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of ResponseiQ’s growth. This is a fully supported role with a huge amount of training, but you will also have the freedom to make the role yours.

Your role will be to reach out to cold & warm using any means necessary. You will primarily be cold calling and emailing, you’ll be on the phone a lot, so you can’t be shy. Once you’ve got a prospect’s attention you will be arranging and conducting online demonstrations of our technology in action, and, once they’re hooked, you’ll be supporting them through their free trial, leading up to closing them as a new customer. You will be managing your own leads on our CRM system and will need to have an excellent grasp of your own pipeline.
