The Role:

Being an Account Executive at hackajob, you will play a pivotal part in our growth. You will join our team here in London where you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads in the German Market and working with our Account Management team to identify wider business opportunities. You will be closing new leads to generate new revenue and more so building strong relationships with your clients to ensure that not only do they use hackajob but they will continue to do so as an essential part of their recruitment process. You will be the face of the company and be the first point of contact for all new clients, you will nurture and develop long-term meaningful relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to build on top of the impressive list of clients we already have such as the Skyscanner, Capital One and KPMG. You will have the opportunity to refine and improve our sales process as we continue to scale. This role will give you the opportunity to own the sales function and be a fundamental member in growing out German team.

What will you be up to?

Finding and building the relationships with potential new clients

Reaching out to new potential clients, pitching the platform via phone/email and organising calls to qualify them as new leads

Attending and speaking at events to increase our contact pool and brand awareness

Managing and building the relationships with our existing clients ensuring we have all the relevant knowledge to assist them completely

Onboarding and training the new clients on how to utilise the hackajob platform and helping them to get the most out of hackajob

Manage platform usage and adoption within clients organisations

Contribute to product feedback via discussions with clients

What are we looking for?

4+ years experience as an Account Executive within the sales industry, preferably within the IT/SaaS/Tech industry

Fluent/Native German Speaker, Able to understand regional trends and colloquialisms as well as how to build relationships in both English and German

Your open to taking ownership, you want to be a subject matter expert

Love grafting and getting stuff done - as an early stage startup it’s important everybody works hard and whilst we may work late on occasion, we guarantee you will learn, develop and have fun along the way!

You will be a key part of scaling our sales process globally, mastering several pieces of technology to continue to drive our expansion
