An excellent and unique opportunity to build the sales channel for a rapidly growing online platform in the mental health space.

Background

Having successfully launched our marketplace for therapy in October 2017, we are now in a position to drive growth across a range of target market segments.

In addition to an existing focus on online marketing direct to consumers we are starting to work through large and small organisations to explore the opportunities for driving more client business through the marketplace.

As a result we now are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to create and execute our sales pipeline and help drive growth outside of online marketing/advertising.

The role exists to create new opportunities for our therapy platform to gain new client business.

Our focus up to now has been direct to consumer, mostly using online advertising, and we now wish to expand our reach through organisations and businesses to market our services to new clients by ensuring that we are the first choice for everyone considering therapy.

The role will have the target of delivering new direct client business by:
Finding and exploiting new opportunities to present our therapy platform as a cost-effective, high quality and quick means of obtaining therapy

Working with organisations and individuals that interact with clients considering therapy to present our services to their clients

You will need to demonstrate experience of meeting set targets and deadlines. The role will require the ability to engage successfully with organisations that are small and large and to ensure that all opportunities to promote the platform are fully utilised.

It will also require the ability to find and develop relationships with organisations and individuals who will be able to help promote the platform services to their clients.

Demonstrable experience of creating new relationships with businesses and organisations in pursuit of sales growth will be required.

Examples of organisations or individuals that interact with clients considering therapy include: GP surgeries as an alternative to a long wait for NHS therapy treatment and organisations with initiatives highlighting or promoting mental health awareness.

Setting up, assessing and managing the sales pipeline is an essential part of the role.
