Taskeater works with some of the most exciting companies in the UK, USA and Nordics, ranging from startups to large publicly traded companies. Taskeater helps small to medium-sized business put together time and cost-saving solutions to enhance their operational process and accelerate sales growth. This includes consulting on the right applications to adopt to setting up offshore teams to support with ongoing manual tasks.

We are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to support our growing list of clients.

● Identifying strategic accounts which need to be nurtured and have potential to grow
● Building relationships with key accounts
● Assessing technical requirements with potential clients and crafting proposals that Taskeater will be in a position to execute effectively
● Virtually managing a team of operations specialists located in Bangladesh and ensuring that delivery meets client expectations
● Onboarding new clients and managing the ramp up of their operations team located in Bangladesh
● Managing client relationships and making changes to the operations team setup according to clients’ changing requirements
● Drafting formal client proposals, including pricing, to support sales bring in new clients
● Presenting Taskeater’s services to businesses in person and over the telephone
● Maintaining a growing CRM system and support sales with identifying new opportunities

● Fluent in written and spoken English, especially in a business setting
● Fluent in spoken Bengali as you will be working virtually with our team in Bangladesh
● At least 4 years experience managing IT outsourcing projects
● Experience managing at least 40 employees, directly or virtually
● Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
● Experience managing clients in multiple time zones and in several countries simultaneously
● Experience crafting reporting and tracking spreadsheets and reports
● Experience drafting proposals for prospects
● Provable evidence in increasing billings from existing accounts, either as an operations or account manager
● Experience working in or providing services to technology companies
● Able to travel up to 40% of the time
● It would be advantageous if you have previously lived and worked in one of the following IT outsourcing destinations: India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Vietnam
