*Role*

Leading, developing and executing product implementation plans for customer onboarding onto the WeGift platform.

*Responsibilities*

* Gather requirements to identify and then manage the project scope.

* Define, own and optimise the end-to-end project implementation process.
Planning project schedules and implementation windows, ensuring the smooth and consistent expectation management.

* Provide support to the Sales and Account Management teams during the pre-sales cycle to give prospective and existing clients insight into implementation processes. You'll provide guidance on how various challenges may be resolved, enabling the team to hit their targets.

* Liaise with sales, the Product Manager, QAs and Account Managers, to understand operational considerations and systems configuration needs for the customer.

* Ensure efficient and effective system configuration, development, testing and implementation.
Make recommendations to customers during the onboarding process to utilize the full advantages of product line while maximizing operational efficiencies.

* Develop detailed project and training documentation to ensure that the account management team has all relevant information to handle support for client going forward.

*Experience*

* 3-4 years' experience managing SaaS implementation projects.
* Expert-level project management skills with experience managing multiple projects.
* Experience of working with large clients (>100 employees).
* A propensity to ‘get things done’.
* Experience working independently with a high degree of self-initiative.
* Superb communication and inter-personal skills.
* Proactive approach to asking questions and delivering solutions.
* A proven ability to own both the implementation process and the actual implementation experience for each client.
* Strong client management experience, especially related to SaaS.
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in project priorities.

* You have high levels of adaptability, resilience and drive, and naturally take ownership and responsibility for anything that approaches your orbit.

* An adept communicator, you can translate difficult concepts into layman's terms and act as the interpreter between technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
