We are a young, dynamic, and fast growing childcare recruitment startup and are looking for sharp, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our award-winning business backed by the Innovate UK.

Childcare is a major pain, as every parent knows it! But we're here to solve it. Our matching of parents to nannies is grounded in psychology and powered by the AI technology. We're backed by the Innovate UK - recognised as one of the most innovative startups in 2018!

You will be at the heart of our business - you will be responsible for the happiness of parents and nannies, by matching them based on a variety of criteria. Most of your day will be spent communicating with parents and nannies, over the phone and email, in order to do this matching.

Working in a recruitment role you will spin many plates at once, meaning time management is one of the key qualities you will need to possess in order to deliver a great service to both your clients and candidates whilst of course hitting your targets!

Additionally, you’ll get exposure to all other parts of the business including (digital) marketing, technology development and general operations. Like with any other startup, you'll be expected to wear multiple hats. Over time, you may transition into one of these other parts of the business, and build your career further.

* Love numbers - both as data to analyse and as targets to exceed.
* Ooze confidence, we can teach you sales techniques but you need to be comfortable in picking up the phone to speak with parents and nannies.
* You’re able to write clearly, simply and accurately. Excellent English is a must!
* Have a social, friendly personality, this will go a long way! Not only in the role but in our office. We aren’t just work colleagues we are one big family.
