The Ascott Limited is the largest international serviced residence owner and operator in the world based in Singapore. Part of the European portfolio, the United Kingdom operates 4 Citadines properties and a four star deluxe Hotel in central London. Our Sales Team are responsible for selling across all of these properties.We are seeking a courteous and highly professional Sales Coordinator to become part of the UK Sales Team based at our London Corporate Office (Barbican). Being a Sales Coordinator entails:•Regularly updating internal sales and reservation systems (Sage, Protel and Opera)•Supporting the Sales Account Manager’s by preparing their clients agreements•Production and collating numerous reports •Supporting the Sales team through various administration duties (Familiar trips, client engagement events, road shows etc.)•Being a source of information to the sales team, communicating relevant and important content on a regular basisTo be a successful Sales Coordinator, you ideally must have:•Previous experience in the customer service sector•Experience with Opera/Protel (PMS) is desirable•Proficient level of IT systems •An adaptable and versatile working approachAbout UsThe Ascott Limited is a Singapore company that has grown to be one of the leading international serviced residence owner-operators.
