MarkStrat UK is looking to welcome a co-founder who is passionate about Marketing and Sales.

MarkStrat is a Customer Experience Management Company working hard to ensure that their clients values and brand promise is being delivered across their multiple locations. We have a MVP website and are currently in the process of growing its mystery shopper reps (currently we have 200 spread across the UK).

We offer a variety of solutions and products to our clients, including mystery shopping and customer surveying (both online and offline), as well as complaint tracking, social media monitoring, market research and industry insights.

To get a feel for what we do, please go to This website is being invested in over the next 3 months to produce a fully responsive and engaging platform, with a back end platform for clients to access there reports, see insights, and request 'tickets' (i.e. which locations to survey).
Once the new website is live, the main focus will be to onboard clients (this will include some probono work, such as charity shops to help with PR).

The role will consist of planning and operating our database of mystery shoppers. You will also be in charge of social media, planning publicity events and business networking events, among many others (its a start up after all!) This will be a very challenging but exciting role in a new startup company.

Once we launch and validate the site we will then seek investment to really grow business reach. The role will be unpaid to begin with. But the right candidate will receive an equity share. I want to work with a business person as excited and interested in UK Customer Service as I am.
