Splento is an Amazon-like hybrid marketplace that controls the entire visual content creation, curation and distribution process from start to finish: from how you make your booking, to customer support, to photo editing, delivery, storage and sharing.

This is an opportunity for full-time Sales Manager to help grow and build our sales team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a small sales team, reporting to Head of Growth.

The role is varied, with plenty of opportunities to learn. You will be dealing with existing clients, inbound leads and generating new leads, with focus on event managers and event agencies. You will responsible for the sale and managment of the accounts.

The opportunity to grow is huge, and your salary will be topped up by incentives and commissions.

We are looking for:
– Experienced sales executives who want to take their game global
– Experience in events is a huge +
– Experience with Hubspot is a huge +, but training will be provided
– Good networking skills
– Excellent organisational & reporting skils
– Excellent command of the English language
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
– Someone interested in working in a fast-paced startup environment
– Eligible to work in the UK

– Flexible working hours and working remotely/from home is fine, but we prefer to have at least 4 days in the office.
